Founded by former Bloomingdale's buyers, Meredith Feldman and Renata Worob, the company is named after Renata's daughter, Noa Lily. Renata began making accessories for her daughter when she was the Vice President of production for JN Apparel. Meredith, who was the Manager of Product Development for The Limited, Inc. and a former buyer at Gap Kids, knew that with proper merchandising, the product would be welcomed into the marketplace with open arms.

In 1999, the demand was so great that Noa Lily grew very quickly from toddler-hood to adolescence. Now a full-time, grown-up company, Noa Lily, Inc. manufactures a wide range of adorable, durable products to satisfy tastes and needs of many mommies.
